The most inportant part of our production is making engraved plates and also bookbinders lettering.

• Brass plates

  • For embossing through foil also known as Hotstamping

  • It can be stamped to leather, leatherette, diary, wallet and many other advertising things

• Embossing with counterpressure

  • There are 2 tolls involved – Matrix and counterpart

  • It’s good for blind printing e.g paper cards, cadboard wrap etc.

• Bookbinders lettering

  • Used by bookbinders and cardboard manufatrurers

  • It can be make with bigger height (23,5 mm) or smaller (7 mm)

  • Because letters are not made by pouring metal, but by engraving we can manufacture any type of letter also by any depth and width

  • After individual talk we can manufacture more specific tools for bookbinders (rolls, buttons etc.)

• Handheld brass marker

  • Mounted on wooden handle

  • Good for wood marking

  • Marker is heated and then is pressed to the desired area

  • Can also be used for advertising purposes eg. in restaurant (marking steaks or Ice cubes)

• Steel punches
  • Made from tool steel which is need to heat-treat
  • Used for permanent markings to material
  • Can be manufactured as matrix and counterpart eg. label with relief (Braille) or for aesthetic purposes
